Pennsylvania requires anyone who will be working with children to have clearances.  

The websites for obtaining the clearances are as follows:

• PA Child Abuse History Clearance
• PA State Police Criminal Record Check 
• FBI Criminal History Background Check 
  • Needed for individuals who have lived outside Pennsylvania in the last 10 years
  • Needed if you will be employed by the school
  • If you are a volunteer and need an FBI clearance, please use service code 1KG6ZJ.
  • Employees, please ask for service code. 
• FBI Exemption Form – A copy can be obtained from the school office or printed here.
